He is survived by: his wife Lisa Carrico; his children, Adam Carrico (Hanna), Kelsey Dallas (Braxton) and Kylie Carrico; his granddaughter Callaway Dallas; and his siblings, Becky Foy (Robert), Don Carrico (Carol), Steve Carrico (Barbara), Margie Dossett, Lorrie Courtney (David), Tim Carrico (Melanie), Mark Carrico (Beth) and Russ Carrico (Ellen).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church (20 KY-339, Fancy Farm, KY 42039). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
