For James Elmer is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernard and Annie Mary Elliott, Sr. (Cissell); and his siblings, Joe Elliott, Albert Elliott, William Paul Elliott, Agnes Cecilia Wilson, Mary Rosalyn Hayden, Mary Theresa Toon, Ann Martina Russelburg and Frances Evelyn Elliott.
He is survived by: his sisters, Geneva Buckman of Portsmouth, VA and Ursula Thompson of Fancy Farm, KY. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
