She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Robertson and Artie Robertson of Bardwell, Kentucky.; her husband Gene Dodson of Beulah; her son Keenan (Mona); and her siblings, James Robertson and Dorothy Cayard.
She is survived by: her sister Edith Kennemore of Smyrna, Georgia; her sons, Gregory (Karen), Kevin (Lynda) and Kenneth (Julie); her grandchildren, Julie Turner (Ty), Brian (Mandi), Sarah Sides (Jeff), Kelly Grubbs (Danny), Will, Devin (Holly), Dena Davis (Matt), Davis, Brandon (Rebecca) and Deanna Weaver (John); and her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Luke, Jonah, Milly, Riley, Daniel, Charlotte, Abigail, Thad, Austin, Lana, Knox, Noah, Levi, Savannah, Locklyn and Hayley. She is also survived by Nana, as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family requests that any memorial donations in her honor be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
