He is survived by: his wife Rozella Hendon Spalding of Fancy Farm, KY; his daughter Nancy Cates (Larry) of Fancy Farm, KY; his sister Carolyn Ramsey (Kenneth) of Murray, KY; his granddaughters, Amber Cunningham (Eddie) of Bardwell and Lauren Teasley (Jacob) of Bardwell; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Cunningham and Titus Cunningham.
