He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blevins and Marietta Vize Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Julie Curtis Blevins; his sons, Steven Blevins (Sheena) and Dustin Blevins (Brandy Smith); his siblings, Pam Carpenter (Robin), Terry Blevins (Kathy) and Clay Blevins; his grandchildren, Kami, Joshua, Easton, Evelyn and Trevin Blevins; and his stepgrandson Treyden Brunkhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials, if desired, are suggested to the American Heart Association or the Campbell County Game and Fish.
