He is survived by: his spouse Brigitte Childers; his mother Barbara Florence of Falmouth; his daughter Stephenie Hart of Falmouth, KY; his siblings, Julia Pugh (Darell) of Falmouth, KY and John Hart, Jr. (Bill) of Daytona, FL; his siblings-in-law, Kelly Childers (Dana), Shawn Childers (Mary Beth), Aaron Childers and Chris Oaks (Mike); his mother-in-law Janet Hyden; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Gosney and Tammy Gosney. He is also survived by partners and dear family friends; and a host of extended family and friends.
