He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther and Nora Price Sydnor; his wife Doris June Lonaker; his daughter Tammy Lynn Groneck; and his siblings, Harry, Bill, Clinton "PeeWee", Katie, Mattie, Betty and Donald.
He is survived by: his son Tim Sydnor (Judy Jennings) of Wilder, KY; his grandchildren, Renee Davis (Nick), Brittany Copas (Phil), Tim Sydnor, Tara Groneck and Nick Groneck (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Zoey, Kendall, Cora and Randilynn; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Phillips, Betty Lou and Norma Jean Sydnor.
