In the vast expanse of eternity, Rodney Dean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rodney Dean farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Pete" Allender and Hazel Teegarden Allender; and his sister Carolyn King. He is survived by: his significant other Vicki Roberts; and his sister Louise Winkle of Bracken County, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
