He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Linville (Steve) of Falmouth and Madison Polly (Parker Luck) of Falmouth; his friend Tammy Polly of Falmouth; his granddaughters, Brileigh and Lilyana; and his sister Pam Haddix (Paul) of Falmouth. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
