He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Thomas and Helen Routt Cooper; his wife Paula K. Cookendorfer Cooper; and his sisters, Nellie Clos and Ruby Cole.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly J. Cooper Eichmann and Richard R. Cooper; his grandchildren, Nicholas Eichmann of Alexandria, KY, Cory T. Cooper of Georgetown, OH, Rebecca T. Cooper of Georgetown, OH and Elizabeth M. Cooper of Georgetown, OH; his great grandchildren, Robbie Eichmann and Carter Cooper; and his siblings, Charles Cooper, Joyce Toliver of Pendleton County and Sandra Toomey of Pendleton County. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
