Blades (Paula) of Berry, KY; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Kay Blades, Erin Victoria Blades, Miranda Ann English and Robert William English; and her siblings, Barbara Anderson (King), Bernadine Bell (King), Danny King and Jeff King. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
