She is survived by: her husband Richard Thomas Cooper; her children, Kimberly J. Cooper Eichmann of Ft. Mitchell, KY and Richard R. Cooper of Falmouth, KY; her grandchildren, Nicholas Eichmann of Alexandria, KY, Cory T. Cooper of Georgetown, OH, Rebecca T. Cooper of Georgetown, OH and Elizabeth M. Cooper of Georgetown, OH; her great grandchildren, Robbie Eichmann and Carter Cooper; and her brothers, Rodney Cookendorfer of Falmouth, KY and Loren Cookendorfer of Falmouth, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
