He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carr; his children, Susan Gibson (Kenny), Sherri Dixon (Darrell), April Shaw (Dave) and Shawn Booher; and his brother Edgar Booher of Florence, KY.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
