He is survived by: his mother Betty Estepp Burke; his wife Sherry Burke; his children, Matthew Hollingshead (Heather) and Jessica Orme (James); his brothers, Lowell Burke and Bryan Burke; his grandchildren, Helena Hollingshead, Diana Helphingstine, Brandon Stindham, Lane, Bella Burke, Derrick, Carolynn and Gabriel Brearton; and his stepgrandchildren, Malakaih White, Skyler, Bentlee Courtney and Arianna Shoemake.
