He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Tice and Catherine Hanaway Tice; his son Leonard Tice Jr.; his grandson Ryan Schaaf; and his brother-in-law Paul Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Carolann Kinkel Tice; his daughter Shannon Schaaf-Jones (Kent Jones); his grandson Evan Schaaf; his sister Carolee Klien; his nephew Matthew Klein; his great-nephew Paul; and his cousins, Charlene and Kenny Bartlinski.
