He was predeceased by: his parents, Shubert Ramsey and Martha McDowell Ramsey; and his brothers, Charles and Calvin Ramsey. He is survived by: his sisters, Faye Clifford (late Roger) and Joyce Keeton (Rick); and his friend Joel Aguellar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
