He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Hickman and Fannie Breshear Smith; his spouse Carletta Wolfe; and his siblings, Sarah Lee Roth, Oscar B., Kitchell, Elliott, Hatchett and Dick Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Kyle of Villa Hills, KY; his grandson Eric Kyle (Sarah) of Villa Hills, KY; and his great grandchild Ella Grace Kyle.
