She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ramsey and Nicy Teegarden Ramsey; her husband Elmer Ray Cummins; her son Shannon Ray Cummins; and her siblings, Nannie Jenkins, Dorothy Clifford, Kathleen Barnard, Edna Lou Ramsey, Harry Ramsey, Earl Junior Ramsey, Eugene Ramsey and Raymond Ramsey.
She is survived by: her son Randy Cummins of Aberdeen, OH; her grandchildren, Lauren Cummins of Brooksville, KY, Branden Cummins of Lenoxburg, KY and Jordyn Flora of Germantown, KY; her great grandchildren, Khaleeq and Amara; and her brother Melvin Ramsey (Hazel) of Milford, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
