He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Pauline Crisp and Ann Harsh. He is survived by: his father Charlie Crisp; his daughters, Sommer and Mary Crisp; his siblings, Charlie Jr., Dan, Alan Crisp and Rita Crisp; and his grandsons, Earl Dean and Timothy Chase James Borham.
