He is survived by: his wife Brenda Courtney; his daughter Lynn Orr (Rick) of Butler, KY; his grandchildren, Kara Johnson (Kevin) of Chalfont, PA, Jacob Lane (April) of St. Petersburg, FL, Kasi Adams (Brian) of Butler, KY, Josh Buckler (Beth) of Alexandria, KY, Traci Doutaz of Charleston, SC and Courtney Allen of Berea, KY; his great grandchild LillyGrace Lane of St. Petersburg, FL; his brother LaMar Doutaz of High Point, NC; his niece Karol Seman (Tim) of High Point, NC; and his nephew Keith Doutaz (Susan) of Cumby, TX. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
