He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Hill and Margaret Donahue Hill; and his sister Geraldine Lagrand. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Harrison Hill; his children, Charles W. Hill Jr., Timothy Hill, Renee Brandenburg and Christina Alexander; and his siblings, Michael, Kenneth Hill, Charlotte King and Peggy Barron. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
