He is survived by: his children, Carl Purnell (Kay), Tina Lewis (Keith), Charles Gross (Dina), John Gross (Tania), Samuel Gross, Mary Gross, Mark Gross (Evelyn), Wilbur Gross (Joy) and Valarita Raglin (Pastor Kurt); his sister Ann Paige (Lavon); his grandchildren, LeShae Gross, Tiffany Gross, Elizabeth Gross, Metta Gross, Dayshona Raglin, Vincent Raglin, Matthew Gross (Danielle), Michael Stone, Tawny Gross, Whitney Gross, Jazlynn Burden (Jerimiah), LeRoyne Switzer-Gross, Jr., Bell, Mark Young-Gross, Kelly Catlett (Joel), Lyndsay Dunlap, Ezekiel Gross, Kolby Gross, Sydney Gross and McKinley Gross; and his close friends, David Malone and Adam Carter. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
