He is survived by: his wife Loretta Goins; his children, Charles Edward Cummins of Falmouth, KY and Virginia Marie "Jenny" Cummins of Oxford, OH; his sisters, Donna Utley Dietz of Cynthiana and Elsie Anderson (Charles) of Cincinnati; and his brother-in-law Donald Ray Ammerman of Tennessee. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
