She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Smith, Sr. and Yuelta Fern Flynn Smith; her daughter-in-law Sherry Denise Mains; her brother James Rick Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Blackaby, Don Reagan, Bill Birkshire and Doris Graves.
She is survived by: her husband David Mains, Sr.; her children, Valerie Mains, Vicky Mains, Sandy Heck and David Mains, Jr.; her grandchildren, Nicole Rouse (Rick), Margaret Jenkins, Josephine Wilson (Kevin), David W. Mains, III, Kyla Jordan Mains, Cameron Mains, Cody Mains, Jeremy Roberts and Keyla Sexton; her great grandchildren, Franklin Jones, Madison Wilson, Miila Rouse, Gwen Shannon, Heaven Waters, Tatum Sexton and Bensen Florer; her siblings, Glenda Cummins (Charles) and Jonathan Smith, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Smith, Jane Blackaby, Patty Birkshire, Milton Mains (Cathy), Ron Graves and Roy Mains (Patty).
