He is survived by: his mother Mary Traylor Crouch; his wife Dorothy Daugherty Crouch; his daughter Brianna Kathryn Crouch of Louisville, KY; his brothers, Jeff Crouch (Joanna) of Falmouth, KY and Brad Crouch (Shauna) of Falmouth, KY; his sister-in-law Bonnie Ramsey (Keith) of Falmouth, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Addyson, Carson, Dakota, Colten Crouch, James, Cassie Gamble, Chase Ramsey, Nathan, Meagan Ramsey, Cory and Hannah Ramsey. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
