She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Richard and Daisy Gillians Winfield; her husband Vernon Lee Dayvolt; her daughter Betty Ann Sutherlin (Shultz); and her siblings, Jacqueline Hurt, Marjorie Brantley, Joseph and James Winfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Sue Lumpkin (Shultz); her grandsons, Dwayne English (Julie) and Aaron Callis (Krista); and her sisters, Oliveen Winfield and Berdina Gariepy. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
