It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauletta Kay Mudd of Falls of Rough, Kentucky, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Tyler and Annabelle Smith; her husband Harold Dean Mudd; her sons, Harold Butler and William Allen Butler; and her adoptive father William West Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Paul Butler Jr. (Patricia), Terrie Vincent and Angela Elmore; her siblings, Russell West of Indianapolis, William "Butch" West Jr. of Indianapolis, Cathy Thek (Joe) of Florida, Debbie Denker (Kurt) of Indianapolis, Edna McKee of Indianapolis and Shelley Chocklett (Tim) of Indianapolis; her best-friends, Kim Baxter, Ruby Scott, Lori Lindsey and Linda Ernspiker; and her great grandchild Ethan Oller. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren.
