He was predeceased by: his parent Mark Twain; and his siblings, Richard Milam, Robert Milam, Bruce Milam, Carol Milam Sanders and Lois Milam Johnson.
He is survived by: his parent Eunice Carter Milam; his daughters, Dionne Milam of Bowling Green, KY and Gayle Milam of Louisville, KY; his sister Margaret Campbell (Jerry) of Tuscola, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Dona Milam and Betty Milam.
