She is survived by: her sons, David Ferrell and Brandon Ferrell of Owensboro, KY; her close friend Joe England of Falls; her siblings, Pearl Smallwood, Diana Fentress of Big Clifty, KY., Jesse Smallwood of Custer, KY, Gene Smallwood of Brandenburg, KY and Ray Smallwood of Louisville, KY.; and her half-siblings, Carolyn Stallings of Sample, KY, Karen Long of Alabama and James Allgood of LaGrange, KY.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
