We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 38, Kevin Ross Likins of Falls of Rough, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Gary W. Likins and Sharon Floyd Likins; his sisters, Melanie Joseph (James) and Anastasia Dodson; and his close friend Ness Vance. He is also survived by extended family including, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
