He was predeceased by: his parents, Tollie Hack and Beulah Wilson Hack; and his sister Millie Jean Porter. He is survived by: his wife Ina Dennison Hack of Falls; his children, Peggy Figg (Ronnie) of Elizabethtown, KY, Russell Hack (Catherine) of Clarksville, TN and Karl Hack of Falls; his grandsons, T. J. Cox, Peyton Hack and Michael-Ray Hack; and his siblings, Mary Margaret Farris of Leitchfield, KY, Melvinna Wilson of Indiana, Helen Farris of Caneyville, KY and Tollie Hack Jr. of Caneyville.
