She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben A. Jackson and Mary Brown Jackson; her husband Gene H. Dorton; and her son David J. Dorton. She is survived by: her children, Becky Byers (Danny) and Bobby Dorton (Tina); her daughter-in-law Cindy Dorton; and her brothers, David Jackson (Peggy) and Billy Joe Jackson (Joan). She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
