He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Blain Tanner; his daughter Jennifer Tanner; his grandsons, Layne Tanner Grant and Jack Grant; and his aunt Faith Devitt.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
