He was predeceased by: his grandmother Fortney. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Charles Dentith and Lisa Joyce Edwards Dentith; his wife Angela Dentith; his children, Samantha Dowell (Kenny) of Hardinsburg, Daniel Stith (Melissa) of Leitchfield and Sonny Stith of Leitchfield; his siblings, Renne Edwards of Louisville and Jarrod Dentith of Louisville; his niece Yakira; his grandchildren, Madison, Callie, Kurt, Annie, Avery, Harper, Wade, Sonny and Jalynn; and his pets, Chica and Buddy.
