He is survived by: his parents, Freddie Phipps and Cherri Thomas Phipps of Gray; his children, Ethan Boyd Phipps of Gray and Sammie Jewel Phipps of Corbin; his siblings, Fred Lee Phipps of Gray, Samantha Phipps Brunette (Christopher) of Gray, Crystal Phipps Hurst (Jason) of Corbin and April Phipps Hatfield (Jason) of Collierville; and his close friend Bailey Vaughn of Gray.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The New Vision Pentecostal Church, 100 Ascot Drive, Gray, Kentucky 40734.
