He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Pennington. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Pennington and Nadine Conley Pennington; his children, Conner Braxton Miles Pennington of Falcon and Sophie Madison Jade Pennington of Falcon; and his siblings, Dena Rhea Pennington of Salyersville Kentucky and Ramey Jay Williams of Paintsville. He is also survived by the mother of his children, with a host family, and friends.
