He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest DuVall and Emily Drew DuVall; and his wife Dolly DuVall. He is survived by: his children, Andrew DuVall of Monticello, Debra DuVall of Stevens Point and Diane Justice of Fairview; and his siblings, Fred DuVall of Ohio and Bernice Matz of Wisconsin. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
