He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Thomas Collins and Ruthelle Lindsey; his wife Shirley Collins; and his sister Francies Coombs. He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Collins of Fairview; and his brothers, Bob Collins of Franklin, Ray Collins of Russellville and Mike Collins of Guthrie.
