He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hall, Sr. and Dorothy Josephine Calhoun Outland; and his brother Eddie Outland. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Cowan Outland of Fairview, KY; his sons, Steve Outland (Crystal) of Fairview, KY and Rodney Outland (Leah) of Fairview, KY; and his siblings, Raymond Outland (Vicky) of Hopkinsville, KY and Margaret Proffit of Trenton, KY. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; and his five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Ave, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
