She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert A. Scott and Ruth Martin Scott; her husband Allen Hugh "Flap" Combs; her son Richard Alan "Rick" Combs; and her brother Herbert Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Combs of Fairview and Janet Combs of Fairview; her brothers, Kenneth Scott (Carol) of Kuttawa, James Scott of Kuttawa and Bobby Combs (Linda) of Las Vegas; her granddaughters, Amelia Doiron and Katie Combs; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Reagan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to American Alzheimer's Association, or any charity of your choice.
