He is survived by: his wife Brenda Floyd Noel of Fairview, KY; his mother-in-law Mary Faye Floyd of Elkton; and his siblings, Johnny Wayne Noel of Hopkinsville, KY, Allan Wayne Noel of Hopkinsville, KY, Brenda Cameron of Hopkinsville, KY and Belinda McCaine of Hopkinsville, KY. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
