He is survived by: his wife Judy Snider Coulter; his children, Kay Rogers (Jeff) of Bardstown, Shannon Hardin (Bryan) of Bloomfield and Josh Coulter (Shelby) of Bardstown; his stepmother Geraldine Coulter of Bloomfield; his brothers, Pernell Coulter (Shirley) of Bloomfield, Wayne Coulter (Debbie) of Bloomfield, David Coulter (Michelle) of Bloomfield, Ronald Coulter of Bloomfield and Justin Coulter of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Jacob Rogers, Alex Rogers, Jarett Rogers, Hannah Hardin, Logan Hardin, Cole Coulter and Dani Lynn Coulter; and his great grandchild Emory Rogers.
