She is survived by: her father Robert "Bobby" Lewis of Fairfield; her siblings, Missy Nally of Bardstown, Sara Jean Newton (Eric Henley) of Bardstown and Bobby Joe Lewis of Greenbrier; her niece Amber Nally (Johnathan Newton); her nephews, Brandon Nally and Tanner Newton; and her great-nephew Ethan Newton. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
