She is survived by: her children, Donna M., Shane Ernspiker of Fairdale, KY and James Burkhart of San Francisco, CA; her grandchildren, Heather, Andrew VanSteenbergh of Louisville, KY and Joshua Ernspiker of Florida; her great grandchildren, Haley Wathen, Andrew VanSteenbergh, Madisyn and Alex Campbell; her great great grandchild Charlie Campbell; and her siblings, Ann Keeton of West Liberty, KY and Donald Adkins of West Liberty, KY. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
