He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Daniel "Danny" Creek of Brooks, Richard Creek of Louisville, Roy Neal Creek of Fairdale and David Creek of Bowling Green; his sisters, Kathurin Mees of Shepherdsville and Pearl Richardson of Franklin; and his half-sister Ruth Ann Watkins of Auburn. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
