She is survived by: her brother Brian Milby; her husband Billy Dewain Armstrong; her daughters, Kristee Armstrong and Tiffany Gibbons (Nick); her siblings, Allen Williams, Raymond Williams (Debbie), Steve Milby (Tracy) and Sondra Walker (Dave); her grandchildren, Haylee Reese-Cook, Hilaree Cerra, Dakota Cerra, Emilee Armstrong, Jacob Richardson, Jaxson Richardson and Kenlie Gibbons; and her great grandchild Elliot Reese-Cook.
