It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Patrick Collins of Fairdale, Kentucky, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ben Collins; his brother Lee Collins; his grandfathers, Charlie Collins, Kennth Lofy and Chuck Gribbons; his children, Shiann Barnhart and Jayden Green of Louisville; his mother Kim Collins of Germantown, WI; his siblings, Kendel Killion and Alissa Stilson-Pirtle of Oregon; and his grandmothers, Kathleen Otto and Marti Gribbons. He was also cherished by Uncles & Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
