She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Gene Samuels; her brother James "Sonny" Risinger; her children, Sandy Duncan (Ken Garrett), Cindy Barger (Bill) and Robert "Bobby" Samuels, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jacob Duncan, Brittney Yonts, Kendall Yonts-Lee and Sara Martin.
