Martha Pogue Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Pogue of Fairdale, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha Pogue to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee Garrett and Maudie Pearl Garrett; her husband Rubin G. Pogue; her son David C. Dutschke; and her siblings, Virgil, Verna, Alphie, Dovie and Shelby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie N Key (C. L.) and Kathy E. Smith; her grandchildren, Elaine Garrett, Angie Brooks (Robert), Christie Wurtman (Cory), Regina Hall (Joe) and Richard Smith (Stacy); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Garrett, Destiny Garrett, Joseph Vancleave, Jessica Vancleave, Alasia Griffith, Lukas Powell, A'laina Hall, Audrey Hall, Abigail Wurtman, William Brooks and Ryder Wurtman. She is also survived by numerous great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In honor of Martha's legacy, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
