She was predeceased by: her father Duane Spalding; her grandparents, Joseph and Viola Howell; her aunt Patricia Howell; and her uncle Michael Howell.

She is survived by: her children, Madison Hagan and Colton Dallas Howell; her mother Delena Spalding; her sisters, Cheryl Blair, Nikky Blair, Courtney Blair and Amber Howell; her aunts, Sharon Koons and Kim McKenna; her cousin Jennifer Howell; and her uncle Brian Spalding (Angie).

In lieu of flowers you may make donations in her memory to The Diabetes Association.
